INFINITY CORRECTED OBJECTIVE

Infinity Corrected Objective with MZ System

High resolution, high magnification. 5X, 10X, 20X and 50X infinity corrected objective are available.
The objective are designed for Metallurgical Microscope, Zoom Tube, or a measurement system. If connected with 0.7X~4.5X MZ zoom microscope, the maximum optical magnification can reach 450X, and the comprehensive magnification can reach 27,000X.
The long working distance is more convenient for examining and operating under various conditions.
Different lighting can be utilized for different applications.
They are widely applied to inspection and measurement in metallurgical, semiconductor, biological applications.

1. The magnifications are based on a tube lens at focal length of 200mm.

2. Parfocal Distance: 95mm.

3. Standard mount of the lens type: M26 X 1/36" (55o ) or optional at customer's request.
